Everything was simply good. It was a fine, clean hotel with free coffee in the lobby. The staff were fairly friendly and amiable when asking for tips about Osaka. The location was excellent and favourable for us - near bars and restaurants. There were bars and restaurants next door.

It has a particularly GOOD location close to other touristy attraction too. Food options are good. The staff are pretty friendly and amiable, everyone. Every time in Osaka we stay in this hotel.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to Mitsutera Buddhist Temple. I booked a spacious superior triple room online for my young kids, and they loved having space to move around. All of the staff at the hotel were friendly and professional.
